i’ve been thinking a lot about these lines from mariame kaba recently: “Just because I can’t imagine something doesn’t mean that thing isn’t valuable or that thing can’t be undone or done…It really doesn’t matter if I, as an individual, can’t imagine a thing. It matters that there are people imagining that thing.”
what things seem or feel impossible (to me)? is it because of the limits of my own imagination that i think them impossible? how can i open myself to what others imagine? for the world. for each other. for the self.
